Everyone who signs up will have to go through an application later on, only a limited number will be accepted. Anyone is free to sign up, whether you've played before or not, however if you've participated in a lot of seasons before it might work against you in the application process.

I'm sure it'll be mainly based on the quality of your answers, how active and reliable you are, as well as the potential you have in the tournament.
