Past Lives is not like their other music, actually. It's proof they find a medium.
Open your mind to other genres! If you don't want to, then don't whine about Kesha doing what makes her happy
I love almost any music Kesha makes not just because it's her, but because of the types of songs she writes and how she writes them.
Just because YOU don't like Past Lives and won't open your Pop-heavy ears to what she wants to make doesn't mean her other fans won't. I am very excited. It also marks artistic growth for Kesha. It's a way for her to break out of the image she's been pigeonholed into under Dr. Luke. People will take her more seriously.
It's....cute, but this better not be what the album will be made up of mostly. 
I wonder if they'll scrap songs and start over with a new vision of continue with the songs they already had and rework some Warrior leftovers.
