It has cute pop, mellow and smooth R&B and of course the ballads. Such a perfect album and I think almost everyone who hears it loves it!

Also you could listen to Butterfly (a complete masterpiece), or The Emancipation of Mimi.

Well, if you think about it, Celine Dion didn't have that much promotion on Loved Me Back to Life. But because she's a LEGEND, first week sales were 77K. If Mimi gets a hit out before the album with this promotion, I'm positive it will get over 200K first week and can get certified Gold.

Memoirs is a solid piece of work. You need to listen to it from start to finish to get the whole vibe of it

I never considered myself a "Lamb" until Memoirs. The album is fantastic, IMO.

Yes they are all amazing albums. E=MC2 was like a bit experimental in terms of so many different genres and then memoirs was like a classic throwback mariah with a storytelling aspect

On first listen, Daydream, Memoirs, TEOM are great albums. I did not love it at first, but Butterfly grew on me to become her best album. The lyrics are poetry on that album.

Me too. And based on what we've heard/what my heart tells me, I feel like this will be a sequel to Memoirs. I'll be very pleased with this but lots of Lambs will be mad

She couldn't do 200k let alone OVER 200k in 2009 when the music industry was at a much better place than it is today AND after scoring a Top 10 hit, what makes you think she can do over 200k now? Especially after how bad her singles performed.
