Ooh, this too. I forgot that there's other little departments, mostly because I never use them.
But yeah, you can get your hair cut there, get an eye exam, pick up some new glasses, get a photo taken, eat at a Subway or McDonalds (again, depending on the location) and more.
Then I randomly forgot about it, but everyone's talking about it + I love Fancy so I gotta get in there. 
It's quite interesting to see their dynamic in their first 3 days together.
