I'm so on and off with this song. One minute it sounds like one of her best songs and the next it's just okay It took me a while to get into it as well

What does that make Loud or GGGB, her most pop albums
TTT itself is not generic but it's not cohensive, thematic, or even slightly hanging together.
You just like the songs on it, however having fun bops on an album doesn't make it a good album by default, it has to have some kind of transitioning or else it's just a collection of nice songs (i.e. TTT).

Glad I'm not the only one that thought it was awful.
It took me a while to get into it as well 
the song is horrid, the album is one of the worst Bey has ever been involved in, it's half filler, and half bops.
