I've been learning about the concept that reality is but an outcome of our own consciousness. The double slit experiment has been puzzling scientists since it was introduced and they still can't figure out why exactly it occurs. They can explain how it occurs, but not why. It's really fascinating.

Time dilation really freaks me out. Like when you're in space time goes faster than on Earth. I don't get it.

That has to do with the fact you are growing up. As a small child the world is a lot bigger and you have no idea about time and everything going on. When you are taller the world seems smaller, you can move from A to B faster, and you have a much better understanding of time and the world, it all goes a lot easier, hence time seems to go faster

I always think about how different I would be if had had never met certain people or if certain things had never happened. You really do get shaped by your surroundings and it's just so weird to think how different you could be if those surroundings were different

I always think about the possibility of ghosts and UFOs being ourselves from the future. That when you see a ghost or a UFO and it suddenly disappears, it's because they realize they're being looked at and press a futuristic "disappear / back to the future" button or something.

Like somone said pages back, I also think about how we have maybe been manipulated into thinking that "magic" is not real, therefore making us unaware of the incredible things (or "magic" if you will) we would be able to accomplish and create if we used the whole of our capacities and perception.

It has to do with speed of light. If we were to build a spaceship that moved 99% the speed of light, one day on that ship will have been a whole year on Earth. The astronauts are moving at a faster rate than us, so they are technically moving into the future by a small fraction of our time.

Paradoxes always catch my attention. If you travel to the future and kill your grandfather, will you be able to exist? If so, how come since your grandfather is dead? if not, how come sine you committed the action of killing him, and therefore you existed.

Also, it surprises me a bit the fact that there will always be new music, but since humans can just hear certain frequencies and/or prefer certain sound patterns, that lowers the highest possible sound combinations to a more minuscule number, which is still very significant.

It's kind of stupid and doesn't really make sense and I don't even know how I started thinking this, but:

What if the life we are living at this very moment is just an illusion or an imagination and we are still in our mother's womb? What if the 9 months spent living in the womb is actually spent finding out what will happen to us once we are born and live our lives, but will have no recollection of it? They say that once we die, we see a white light. What if that white light is us finally being born into the world? What if that is the reason why babies cry the moment they are born; all the pain and suffering that they endure in life hits them at the very moment and it takes time for them to forget all the pain and finally move, which is why a baby only starts smiling a few months after it is born?

Don't judge me if this is stupid or if it doesn't make any sense, I just keep thinking about this. I might not have even explained it properly because it's just so

I think about this too. It's crazy how similar it is. People who have been through near-to-death experiences say they see a tunnel with a light in the end and hear voices calling them. What if those voices are the voices of the doctors and nurses helping your mum bring you into the world? What if once you die your soul is transferred into a new baby about to be born? The universe is cyclical after all.
