It's not fair, it's almost certain that her budget & everything else will be cut due to ARTPOP underwhelming [Even though she pulled a good 1.5m sales By Applause as the only single before G.U.Y. & DWUW Mess]. I hope the tour can pull the album platinum in the U.S. , & atleast 2.5M W.W.

I don't think there is any chance for the album to get the Platinum certification in the US.
It is barely at 700k now and we shouldn't expect the tour to do SUCH wonders.
Nothing besides a big hit single can anymore push it to 1M. sadly.
2M WW in the end might be a possibility, considering it should be at 1,8M by now.

I agree. The album will reach 2 M WW after the tour and I'm quite sure of it, but it will be difficult to reach platinum in the US. 300 k is alot and given that the album is still being sold for $15, I mean, Interscope never gave the album a chance.

i hate how she handled this whole era, the constant changing of what the album means, those cringeworthy interviews , guess her artpop does mean anything
I think the biggest thing that made G.U.Y. fail was the 7 month gap. we weren't told what was going on as no-one was talking about it to the fans, it gave the impression gaga wasn't happy or something. G.U.Y didn't even get a chance

I don't think anything recorded in the ARTPOP Act I sessions would be worthy of being part of ~~her first real album~~ tbh. The fact that she legitimately thinks songs like J&D and Onion ****ing Girl could be better than her previous albums.............................
