Future revealed in his CRWN interview that he is still trying to put out the Nicki track. He has a compilation coming out soon that he is going to try to put it on.

He also revealed that Nicki didn't like the revised version of the song because she felt like she was offkey.

Hopefully he still gets to release it and if she isn't that okay with it she should redo it but I don't really think it matters I mean not that many people would notice or care if she was off key a little bit

It just has to do with sampling issues. She must have sounded fine on the original, but the revision (which they tried removing/replacing the sample) must have thrown it off. Idk.

If he gets the sample cleared, I am sure Nicki would be fine with the original being released.
