Pop music fans have a lot of other artists to look forward if they want the pop-rap Nicki excelled at, which they didn't have a year ago.
I'm only worried about her backtracking and the album promo either being cut short to make way for a pop smash or there being a Starships 2.0 already around the corner.
Nicki is recording pop music whether she includes it on the album or not, but I'm just concerned the press and music fans will just see her as messy again and unable to keep her word on things, etc.
You have to have some type of trust in her. I believe she's learned a lot from pfrr & I'm sure she has everything mapped out to the T this time around. I doubt she's recording any pop music, maybe a few pf type tracks but that's as pop as it's getting in them studio sessions.

I have nothing to do with that, but to speak on the producers she's working with it doesn't mean the song is pop. Pop producers can create other type of songs as well.

I love how she put so much emphasis on "my album" when she said, "My album isn't dropping on May 5th" when the interviewer asked if the album would be dropping that day. It only shows that somethings dropping on that day, just not the album.
Could it be the single?
