The only thing ARTPOP has up on BTW is that in general it's better produced. BTW with the AP production would be FIYAAAH.

In general though, lyrically, conceptually and structurally BTW is leaps and bounds the better album. It could have easily rivalled TFM as her best work had she not insisted on 'giving her little monsters everything' and overdoing the tracklisting.
