Gaga is most remembered for wearing the Meat Dress. Out of all her stunts that is what people know her for. Britney is most remembered for that video and that outfit.
It's really the same deal, ofc Britney's outfit is more iconic, it just is but while Gaga is known so is the meat dress. I would rather that wasn't the case because most people hated the meat dress but it is.
