Your statement in faulty,because it's like saying because shootings take place in America,nobody should visit,secondly the
terrorist activities only takes place. the North,as long as they avoid these places they'll be fine,either way that part of the country was never a destination of choice when it comes to entertainment hence Jay and Bey have no business there.Their no normal destination will be Lagos,the entertainment capital of Nigeria where such things NEVER happen.
