And I disagree with you stanbases get to know ppl within their stanbase almost always on a good note and the way it seems to be going some stanbases are just selecting ppl as mods that they like the most or the most popular when it shouldn't be that way & I'm sure the current mod team can agree with me on that

Were choosing mods for the entire site not for each fanbase therefore atrl should and could be speaking on fanbases and there nominees for mods

Swag could be nominated, the admin/mods won't ever pick him from the nominees though, so it wouldn't matter, they get to pick the moderator, the stanbases can just make suggestions thye will take into consideration

I agree with this, I'm just implying it's a huge waste of time to nominate someone the mods won't pick for apparent reasons

That sounds cool in theory but the very thought of that being implemented in ATRL sounds disastrous. That's too much conflict for power for a forum with a bunch of hyped up teenagers/young adults to deal with.
