All that kind of promotion and advertising is weird. I still think it's coming today though - why should there be a 'leak' of the international times the single gets released on the website for a few minutes..even with wrong time translations? I guess it's one of those 3 times that got mentioned.
The billboards: I think she will have a surprise or abrupt release of ULTRAVIOLENCE - why would the label make billboards without a name or a release date on it if the album is still 1-2 months away? I really think that May 1st thing is happening..if not even sooner.
