In all seriousness, though, "Hundred Dollar Bill" literally says
"I like your ultraviolence swing, I like when you treat me mean, you turn my mood from black to blue"
Which references not only the book in context (a literal line from the book) but also in terms of meaning (the book is based on an abusive and murderous individual.)
If that song isn't remastered and on that album in some form or another, I'mma be peeved.
