I thought that meant it would be like The Fame. And the sad thing is, she meant it to be. She meant for this to be a better version of The Fame, which is why she called it her first real album.
But this isn't even close
Lyrics like "Walk down the runway but don't puke, it's okay, you just had a salad today" wouldn't be caught in a 100,000 mile perimeter of The Fame
I guess we can only hold out hope that her next album will be like The Fame Monster (and she'll actually succeed)
