No, that's not what I meant. It's permanent in that it doesn't go away. She could have invasive surgery to reduce it if she truly wanted to, but there's a lot of risk of complications, such as blood loss and infection (you're basically cutting open your buttocks). Of course, she has money so it's not the same if a normal person did it.

As with everything, it all depends on the surgeon. It's like when you go to get surgery for something like an appendix removal. Even a horrible surgeon can terribly mess up something as basic as that.
