im so excited when she gets on tour, she'll have time to come back even stronger, so many people want her to fail it's pathetic, apparently the demand in greece for tickets is insane so thats good!

If radios were spinning her music to ****, they'd be buying it. If media publications weren't being negative toward her, they'd be liking her. That said, there's also a degree of supply and demand. Media in particular posts Gaga content because they know people will read it and pander (hence why they praised her, cover her stunts and now post provocative negativity).
People can debate her creativity and quality, but considering the utter crap the "GP" (and people on here) love, we know that isn't much of a deal breaker. People can also debate her success as a reason to throw her under the bus, but lets not pretend like everyone has ignored the flopping (to a higher degree) of other pop girls.
TL;DR,
My point is that this is way more of a PR issue and career phase than it's a "Gaga is crap now". She has to ride it out and be smart/strategic with how she does it. People will welcome her back when they get bored of dragging and want her to be back again. They don't want her to come back yet. If they did, they'd give her WAY more of a chance.

She has to try and give herself the best chance and give people reason to want her back. i.e. be appealing.
The alternative is to do whatever she wants and wait until people are interested in that again. Both bold and kind of mainstream suicide. You have to ride the trends, or BE the trend. She was the latter and now isn't doing the former. Tough transition for phenomenons (take note Adele, Lorde etc.).
It's going to be gradual and she's going to have to swallow her pride. Big time.
1. New image, new sound.
2. Ensure the music is as on trend and as mass-appealing as possible.
3. Be "pretty" all the time. No sexy ugly, no freak couture.
4. Have engaging, non off-putting, easily digestible performances and videos.
5. Brand co-promotion - use other brands to sell yours (collaborations, partnerships).
6. Relentless and effective - but not obnoxious - promo.
Specifically;
- Keep her name out there with consistent video releases and performances.
- Get major brand deals who will generate exposure for her (a la Pepsi, H&M)
- Do high profile performances (a la Glastonbury, Super Bowl)
- Collaborate strategically (i.e. Beyonce, Bruno/JT, Britney)
- Space trip
- Tour ARTPOP, release new album, then tour some more. Global promo.
And no, the parallels to Beyonce aren't coincidental. They handled the 4>BEYONCE transition well (the album campaign is flawed though IMO).

I agree with a lot of the things you wrote. The problem with Gaga is that sometime around 2010 she started to lose her consistency image-wise. She tried to do too much at once and it just didn't work for her. The blonde bangs and hair-bow are still remembered to this day because she wore them a lot, and her futuristic-babe looks kept people interested.
Nobody's shocked or surprised by Gaga's looks anymore, that's why I don't understand why she keeps trying to look different every day. When I saw Gaga on her birthday switching between 8 costumes during that whole day I thought to myself "how sick is this bitch?". I know that's "who she is" but come on. I think that people expect consistency at the end of the day.
So yeah, consistency should be a key ingredient for her success, I hope she'll realize that.

I hope she settles on an "idea" soon - preferably those looks from Porter magazine. She looked great, but still glam and ~ artsy. It suited her SO much in looks and personality IMO. I'm ready for her singer/songwriter phase (only less Dope's, and more Again Again's).
