Paramore - as the owner of two chocolate labs, which for the record, my Mom got for me last year when I was 19, I have to completely disagree with this song choice. I'm away from my dogs at least 6 hours a day during the schoolweek when I go to the community college to attend my classes, but I'm still the main person that takes care of them before and after I go to school. I always make sure they have everything possible taken care of before I leave for school and I always spend a little bit of time with them before they go to bed. I actually get paid to take care of them but even if I wasn't, I love them way too much to just stop caring for them...even if I have homework, friends or just want to watch TV or play computer games. No one said you can't work on your homework and be in the same room as your dog. No one said you couldn't watch TV while attending to your dog such as brushing them, giving them their food or water and so on. No one said you couldn't just bring your laptop down while you spend time with your dog or dogs. And if I do leave to go out with friends or to an event, I always make sure they have their food or their beds made for them to rest them or the door open so they can go to the bathroom.
The point is, everything I do for my dogs completely contradicts your theory for this song choice so OFF WITH YOUR HEAD.
My other off vote goes to Taylor. I broke free of my comfort zone in 2008 when I started High School and was just able to be myself. Considering I was quite and introvert prior to high school, I definitely got out of my comfort zone and did stuff and I became who I am today with myself and so many other people because of that. So again, my personal experience contradicts everything. Besides, the dog has nothing to do with fitting in to a school.
