I feel really bad for dragging Timberlake for being stuck in 2006 now that I know he's a drug addict. He doesn't even realize. How horrible of me. Forgive me, Duca.
I don't understand the obsession in showing Shakira's weak numbers, the album is bad. It's just as awful as She Wolf, why would it sell a lot? Based on her name alone? nah, it's an english album, her hispanic fanbase couldn't care less. She didn't have the hype so she can't hide her so-so english songs like Beyoncé did under a marketing stunt.
nope, it's definitely superior than BTW era, Katy has good songs on PRISM. SHe had #1's already. But Birthday is weak. Legendary Lovers or Ghost would smash.
Lies. But you know I am a Shakira fan, I would stan hard if she came up with good songs. It's just unfortunate. But she is not humilliated, her numbers are not bad so she will be ok.

It's even worse than She Wolf. And people forget that Hips Don't Lie was already 8 years ago. She only had global smash Waka Waka since then, which is not really a track that builds anticipation. People who expected more from this era are silly, especially after that weak lead single.
Sale el Sol was a nice album, I had high hopes that the old Shakira was making a comeback, but it was pretty disappointing.
That's ok, Chemist, she'll always have these gems
BTW/Roar-hype first single
Judas/Unconditionally- stupid 2nd single
Dark Horse/Edge of Glory-obvious 2nd/1st single choice
You and I/ Birthday- 4th single no one wanted...
