Yes. Because that is the reason the song is so iconic. Not because of the song because of that scene in Titanic.

And sure they do, but plenty of movies aren't one of the most popular and biggest movies of all time? In one of the most recognizable and memorable movie scenes of all time (Titanic is like the #2 biggest grossing movie ever, only beat by Avatar which is recent.) It's really not comparable I'm sure had they used You're Still The One or any other song in the movie it would be just as iconic.
