Who'd have known? SM executed the issues with their contract so perfectly so that Hyoyeon couldn't be reprimanded for her actions. My guess is SM were going to debut her solo as the overlord of SM's acts until Jessica went and pulled that truetrue, ruining her reputation as the quiet, innocent one.
