Ugh, Hawlucha is perfection tho.
You're not a lucha libre fan, you wouldn't understand.

I wouldn't call Volcarona or Chandelure "attractive" and yet they are my favorite Pokemon so...

Just take Kyurem for example. It gets dragged to the pits for being "ugly" but that's the point. Its the broken shell of the formation of Zekrom and Reshiram. With that idea I think it has a great design. At least it's original, too.
It's other forms are a mess though and deserve the dragging.

Sis it doesn't have a great design. Average at best.
You saying it's the shell of another Pokemon isn't original either cause we have this things since Gen 3.

Which btw is he the shell of Zekrom and Reshiram?

Hawlucha is pretty cool, the design is creative. It sums up what a luchador is, the drama and wings, the signature move. Like bye. I can't at people needing it to be some Milotic/Roserade crap and I stan for both of them. But stay pressed.
Kyurem-White accomplished what it needed to, a fusion between two pokemon. It looks overdesigned because that was the point, have you seen fusion sprites? Yet it wrecks all your faves looking unattractive yet cool at the same time.

Right?!
I LOVE all the details they included to make him more luchador-esque; the bright, vivid color scheme, the boots, way they made his wings look like a cape...

I wanna swing a bat at Hawlucha and proceed to run for the candy that oozes from its body.
Also, I'll admit that I did rate these off of looks. Too many damn Pokémon to be trying to rate based off of design, usage, stats, movepools, etc.
Looks it is.

Y'all have to at least admit that Hawlucha ha design is creative. I mean, it's a luchador for christ's sake
One of the best from Gen 6 tbh.

Yes he is. When the other two came to being, Kyurem was formed as an extra from all that energy. Thus, he is incomplete and supposed to look "ugly" and "broken" or unfinished. FOR THAT REASON, I find it to be a great design. I like it's story.
----------------------
And this is why I get irritated because some of you have no room to talk about taste in pokemon if you just rated off of looks. The beauty in a lot of gen 5 is that most are based on cool or different things that aren't really "pretty". It's so unfairly judged as ugly and bad because people can't look below the surface a bit.
So you all can stop criticizing others' taste if you all you did was rate purely based on appearance. Same I guess could be said to the opposite people but those are far fewer.

Except they don't.
Have you seen the Gen 3 rates Top 10?

It's fun, though. Dragging and lashing each other's faves and taste. It just adds a nice little bit of flavor to the topic at hand. We ALL know that taste, even in Pokémon is subjective.
Plus, I don't just stan for looks. Just this gen, because it was too damn many to go over individually. I was a lot more fair to Gen VI because they weren't as many and I was able to rate individually. Plus, Gen VI ****ing slays.

Well you happen to find it's design good. I don't. Like Bloo said taste is subjective.
And tbh we only critize everyone else's taste cause the rate would be pretty boring if we didn't.

Y does that matter tho?
A lot of members gave those "straight-looking" Pokemon high scores, so obviously they don't just care about prettiness and all that.

It isn't about looks all the time. It's just that this Gen lacks imagination. At least, that's how I feel.
Plus, I stan for plenty of butch looking Pokémon.

The most devastating thing that's happened so far are the Ice Creams being punched out of the top 100.
G.U.Ys indeed.

Vanilluxe deserved top 10 for his iconicness. Everyone knows who he is without knowing his name, king
Edit: I'll continue this after drag race
