so over the past couple of years the trend of a "kilt" or a long shirt that gives the illusion of a skirt/dress has been a "thing" in the black urban community for a few male artists.
now lately even up & coming rapper Young Thug wears literal skirts.
he even says he bought skirts that were made for little girls (@30s):
so are you here for this trend on the rise? will it reach white people the mainstream? will you join the bandwagon? do you want to see your favorite male artist in a nice gown?
Girl, white men have been doing this long before it hit the Urban community.
i'm aware of that, which is why i reference kilts... but it's never been a widespread "cool" thing, it's always done in a comedic sense, to get a laugh. it hasn't been widespread to the point that it becomes normalized.
