Not every gay man is a feminine guy and not every gay man is a masculine guy. At the end of the day, we're all gay, so instead of tearing each other down and hating on each other, we need to respect one another and show some kind of caring.

Men don't need to act like nothing, let people be. I understand there's a stigma among the gay community and some seem to be against effeminate gays and call them the reason why gays are hated but to be honest we need to stop the self-hate within our own communities. Gays should understand what it feels like by now to be told "you need to do this" or "you need to act like this" so idk why they put feminine gays aside. It's okay if you don't feel attracted to feminine guys, but the gender roles need to seriously stop. A man can act however he wants, their mannerisms should only affect you if you're going to date them and it's not your preference in which case you should just go for your "masculine" men and stop trying to put femininity down. It's just not right.

Anyway, I think they're feminine because they've been cultivated to think they have to be extra girly to fill the criteria of being gay. In actuality, mincing queens play a huge part of societies' intolerance of homosexuality. That being said, the blame is not to be put on them but the societies themselves, because why the **** would God or people give a shite about how people are, anyway?

What I don't understand is why a lot of you use the most extreme and negative qualities for "fem" (obnoxious, loud, annoying, flamboyant) and not for "masc" (obnoxious, dumb as hell, callous, racist, sexist).

In reality, almost all of you are in between. I really don't understand the obsession you all have with labels.

a lot of this sounds like the whole " no blacks " thing too thats why i know the discrimination in the first place is wrong . i have mad respect for guys that feel like they dont need to cover their personalities up for society i could never do that i could never go around knowing that im being scrutinized on the daily for a particular behavior.

I don't think some of y'all know what it means to be a man . A man takes cares of his business and handles what needs to be done. If a man wants to wear heels dress up and has a high voice as long as he handles his business and has his **** together he is more of a man that still lives with his mom that is over 21 and not doing **** has baby moms and doesn't even take care of his children

There is a ton of prejudice in minorities for some reason. I'd say the gay community is about half effeminate and half masculine. It's a very fine line. Maybe about 25% of masculine gays are prejudiced against feminine gays. Maybe 15% are actively hating. It all goes back to misogyny and the disrespect society gives to women. When the male wants to assume the female roles, it draws attention to themselves which I've noticed a lot of masculine gays aren't interested in.

They should be thankful, however, because the effeminate gays are generally the ones that go to pride and change society's viewpoint because they are vocal but whatever.

I've dated a feminine man that was way more dominant than me and a masculine man that was equally as submissive as me. Things won't change until society views people as people and not stereotypes.
