So I was watching the Voice, someone sang Piece of My Heart and I remembered after the Clive Davis pre-Grammy party in 2009 when we got a brief clip of her SLAYING Piece of My Heart. Never saw the full version, but it was even better than the cover she did during the Breakaway tour (more mature-voiced Kelly, higher register, etc).

Couldn't find it on YouTube anymore, but fortunately Kelly-Clarkson.net still has it. Enjoy:
