It's for the best that she stays quiet about it. We don't want her pulling a Gaga and talking about it months before it comes out only to have people sick of it before it's even out.
Adele will be fine when she comes back. She's one of few artists who can take time off and it benefit her.
If she was taking 5 or 6 years off, or something like that, it would hurt her but she's not been out of the public eye THAT long.
