If she gets 10 million US streams including YT views from Monday through next Sunday, yes.

The streaming thing doesn't quite work out like that unless you truly have tons and tons of viewers from the u.s. Applause didn't do horrible on youtube but it stalled and never had a huge impact on streams. It managed to keep her in top 10 for a bit though. So don't think that good view amount will automatically mean a top ten. The other things like radio play and sales have to come into play for an artist like Gaga.

SoKo had what, 11.5m or 11.9m streams with no radio or sales support? It's all in how MANY streams she gets.
I ran the numbers a year ago this Wedesday for MTN, ironically enough! But yeah, with some sales and a little airplay, 10m US streams and she's golden.

I doubt this will go top 10 the second week, I think the song will build up slowly as she does promo and whatever happens will happen, if the public is here for it then they will get it, if they aren't then I don't see it going far. Hopefully people catch on and this song becomes a moderate hit or a huge hit.

Well, that's assuming radio begins to pick it up at a normal pace and the sales response is decent.
Like I'm not playing when I say #1 is a legit possibility with good sales response - but nobody should expect a top 5 placement.
