I've read an interesting theory saying Cece is Jason's twin and that is why Mrs. D is protecting her.

I also find it weird that they will have a new character introduced in the 5TH season [Cece's twin = "A" as a lot of you are saying] that had a major impact on the girls' life for many seasons. I just think it has to be someone already on the show.

Well the episode already aired and some of the cast members tweeted it so I thought I was the only one not realizing it was her.
