It was usually announced a month before it was sent to the radio iirc. MTV sometimes announced it.

Clearly, they're serving Birthday for summer. Target radio release must be mid-April, then it will start to take off on charts in early May. Top 10 in mid-June (if there's no competition) and hopefully peaked at late July...
Then release Legendary Lovers as 5th single in mid-August...
