Universal usually distributes it's movies in limitation in certain countries. The film was basically released in only the major film in-takes. Austrailia, Europe, USA, Canada and a few others. Secondaries are Japan, Mexico, Brazil, etc. It wouldn't be released widely. But it was released in a small amount of theatrers. I have a friend that works for TV Azteca (or used to work for them) and he said he saw it.

btw, it's limited release didn't stop the "The Perfect Man" from making over 10,000,000 dollars in profit.
