Kesha is the most book smart, she's a genius really, but Gaga seems to be book smart and culturally aware. She's a good ear for business. Nicki is also an excellent person for business too.

Much of it is label branding; she's instructed to act out the trashy valley girl persona (or at least she was). It's the same for nearly all of the pop girls.

I imagine many of them are smarter than they let on.

Oh and Gaga seemed like a Genius in 2010, but she hasn't had the choices since then, bad marketing campaigns, bad image, oversaturation in the media, worst decisions, I think it was just her gimmicks with the right music the label made her do in the first album that put her those years there.

Her downfall started as soon as they let her do what she wanted. Like the whole BTW idea was her career suicide, ironic since the campaign was supposed to save lives.
