No "major" RCA artist has even released so far this year so we can't even know for sure. The only person on RCA who has released an album thus far so far is Kid Ink I think, but he's not major. Omg not knowing is killing me.
I will buy the standard and deluxe from iTunes but I won't be able to get the Target version.
