Because it WAS a success, and Raven is the only one that did the promotional tour. Martin did one appearance, and you know why. Disney wanted Raven to get top billing so the little kids that love 'Raven Baxter/Symone' would go see the movie. Fact. Martin Lawrence doesn't appeal to any of those kids that saw that movie, be real. When I went to see the movie (twice), a lot of the kids in the theater were just talking about Raven as the film credits rolled.
