Vanessa Hudgens debuted Dream Racer on radio today
The singer revealed as planned her single Dream Racer on Ryan Seacrest show. She unveiled the song and then answered some questions about the album and revealed why she chose the song as a promo single.
Dream Racer is an Electro Pop song really catchy that make us dance at the first listen. It'es produced by Redfoo and Afrojack, but some people can be confused and think this a Dr. Luke production, the pop-rock then funky chorus with the electro element that drive the whole song. It's just a banger. and it's written all over it.
Best part of the song it's after the chorus when she say
(Let’s do it now)
(Gettin’ Gettin’ Gettin’ On) Let’s make a dream for you
(Gettin’ Gettin’ Gettin’ On) I just wanna be myself ‘n now
The fans seems to love the song and are mad that Vanessa decided to release it as a promo song cause it could have been a summer anthem.
The songs of the album:
It's mostly uptempos. Dream Racer is the track #2 actually. The album opener is a song called Femme Fatale (Dangerous), it's a feminist mouvement, the beat think Let It Rock by Kevin Rudolf plus Run The World by Beyonce and mix everything by Timbaland. It's kinda in your face.
My favourite song is probably Screw It All, it's the ending song of the standard edition of the album, it's a R&B Ballad produced by Mike WiLL Made It, it will probably be a single at some point of the promotion of the album.
Then there is this Bonus track, I Really Hate You, which I love so much, but doesn't fit the album, it's produced by Dr. Luke, it's the direction that we wanted when I started to record the session with him. Then the 3 songs I did with him ended up being Bonus Tracks I Really Hate You, Tod Girl & First Kiss, are the deluxe edition tracks, and are all produced by Dr. Luke. The fourth delux track is a song written and produce by myslef, it's called Should I Confess and it's my most personal song to date.

BBC 1 RADIO
This morning Miley went on BBC 1 Radio to discuss her upcoming events. The conversation included the charts, the new H&M collection, and even Céline Dion! Miley promises a fantastic show tonight in Hyde Park. Her album 'My Truth' sits atop the UK iTunes chart, with single "On the Radio" at #5 and International Women's Day Single "Pretty Mask" at #3.
Host: We are here with the lovely Miley Cyrus today, how’s it going?
Miley: Pretty good, today’s an extremely exciting day for me so I’m happy, but a bit tired of course.
Host: First off, I want to congratulate you by informing you that ‘My Truth’ is #1 on iTunes right now.
Miley: That’s great.
Host: Second, congratulations on the new H&M collection, the pieces look so great.
Miley: Thanks, again! I was only allowed to release a ten-piece collection last time so I decided to re-work the ones that didn’t make it and damn, they turned out looking great.
Host: Yes they are, and it’s very sweet that’s it for charity.
Miley: It really is, it’s also nice to see many artists giving back. We as a whole are just very fortunate people so giving back to those who don’t have much, and to some whom may idolize us — it’s extremely rewarding.
Host: Care to tell our listeners where the money goes?
Miley: Yeah. 50% of the proceeds from the new H&M collection go towards the Breast Cancer Awareness Foundation and Research Team. What they do is they try to get therapy for breast cancer patients, research cures for breast cancer, and all things along those lines.
Host: You’ve been so active with charity this week, the new collection, and you just released a Pharrell Williams collaboration. Talk to us about that.
Miley: Well, the collaboration is called “Pretty Mask”, which is out now on iTunes. The song is basically about girls/women putting on this mask, this barrier in front of their pain and flaws. They try to appear as near to perfect as possible, when deep down inside they’re hurting hard. And the song is basically saying, that it is okay to be hurting, but you’ve got something to put your yea down on. And in the song, we try to get the person to be as bare as possible, to kind of just let go of everything and embrace their flaws and imperfection. All of the money goes towards the Women’s Funding Network, and again, you guys can get it on iTunes now.
Host: Why Pharrell?
Miley: Pharrell and I have worked on numerous occasions, and he’s someone I can definitely open up to as a person and an artist. Plus he’s wickedly talented, he practically polishes and just completes this track. He completely respects me as a person and artist, and I do the same. We’re just kind of a package deal now. If you want to work with me, Pharrell is going to be involved. Done deal.
Host: So besides being an amazing feminist, what have you been up to?
Miley: Lots of rehearsing and planning for the tour, which will be announced later this week.
Host: Are you coming back to London?
Miley: Of course I am! England is such a cool place and a great music market, gotta have it on the list!
Host: Anything else?
Miley: Well right now I am working on some other projects for the album, finishing the video for “On the Radio”, and rehearsing for more TV performances. Just really working harder on promoting the record, that’s what I’m trying to accomplish with this continuation.
Host: Do you feel you’ve been achieving so far? I mean, that CAL chart dropped this Saturday…
Miley: Well… yes and no. I’m thrilled with ‘My Truth’ debuting at 258,000 copies sold, #2 was expected, but I didn’t expect to do that well for the albums. As for “On the Radio”, well I’ll be honest, I’m a little disappointed, but not every single you put out there is going to go exactly as hoped.
Host: And what are your hopes?
Miley: To keep selling albums, I’m really happy. I mean having a #8 single and a #2 album is kind of weird, so I like that. But for “On the Radio” I just want it to go Top Three so I can maintain my streak, that’s very important to me.
Host: Is it hard, keeping up with all the promotion and trying to deliver amazing performances?
Miley: It is extremely hard. Some days I wanna pass out in my bed and take a breather, but I told myself a while ago that would not be option. I mean I kind of disappeared last week, and I ended up at #8, which isn’t really ideal.
Host: So tonight you’ll be hosting a fashion show in Hyde Park for your new H&M collection. It seems like Revolution Records has a little obsession with Hyde Park, where Céline Dion held a comeback concert last year and met up with Neon Hitch. And of course, we know what happened to Céline, poor hun got cut off from her era. But there has been rumors circulating she hired Brandy to hit Azealia with a bus. What do you think of that?
Miley: I can assure y’all, Céline’s taking a little vacation. Unless… lemme call her up, she did tell me her return would include another celebrity death. Just give me a second
Host: What?
Miley: Just kidding of course! I haven’t heard from Céline in a few weeks but she’s doing well last time I checked.
Host: So back to the event, it’s tonight.
Miley: Yup, and you can stream it on RevolutionRecords.com no matter where you are or what device you’re using! It’s going to be a fantastic event, and I made sure every damn H&M store in the country is loaded with the collection. There shouldn’t be any ‘Sold Out’ marks in London for them tonight.
Host: Fabulous! So what’s happening?
Miley: I called up some of my really cool friends to walk the runway, and I’ll be performing a few songs from my album there. The whole event is like a cake and the amount of money being donated is just the icing and extra chocolate syrup on top to be honest. It’s going to be fun, fashionable and fierce tonight.
Host: And you’ll also be performing tomorrow night on Strictly Come Dancing, correct?
Miley: Yes.
Host: Fantastic. Well you heard it mates, you can catch Miley on… whatever and wherever she said.
Miley: Haha, yeah.
Host: Well it was a pleasure seeing you again.
Miley: Thanks so much.
Host: And here is her #8 single, hopefully #7 this week, “On the Radio”!
Miley: Mess!

Taylor Swift was live at the Staples Center tonight to a sold out crowd of thirteen thousand people for the opening night of her Swift Anti Tour. The crowd not sure what to expect, saw Swift at her most intimate and vulnerable as she played a set of twenty two songs for the audience who sang a long with every word. Performing songs she'd never or rarely performed live, including demos that never made an album, Swift gave an amazing show without a huge production. With just her guitar and microphone Swift played stripped down versions of songs such as 'Superman' and 'If This Was A Movie' from her third album 'Speak Now', 'I Almost Do' and 'Come Back... Be Here' from RED, and even 'Tied Together With a Smile' from her debut record. With a show tomorrow in Brooklyn, New York.

Taylor Swift was live on Le Grand Journal this weekend for an interview about her upcoming music and various projects, including her album, brand new tour, and the singer's blossoming acting career as she's recently been casted in a drama film with award winning actresses Sandra Bullock and Meryl Streep. Taylor performed a stripped down version of her recent single and collaboration with best friend, Paige Elliot who was busy in the States taking care of her endless string of legal issues. Swift defended the troubled starlet with quickness when asked about her.
Since your label, Tigerlily Recordings, bought out Big Machine, do you feel any friction from the switch?
None at all. I'm actually more content with my new label head and how much attention they are giving me. They really are so devoted to their artists and make sure they're all treated fairly and given attention. Another really good thing about Tigerlily Recordings is that they don't just care about the money you make them. They care about your health and feelings too. They geniuinely care about you. For example, Eric Saade was supposed to promote the second part to his album but he was so tired and exhausted that he needed a break. I think they asked him if he wanted a break because thinking about it now, he's not really the type to want a break. I trust them, so yeah our relationship has been nothing but smooth and simply amazing.
Fans absolutely loved songs like 'I Knew You Were Trouble' and 'Girl With The Red Lipstick'. Will there be any similar songs on the record?
There's two songs I did with Max Martin on the record and they're very reminscent of those two songs. Especially 'I Knew You Were Trouble'. So the fans can definitely expect a song or two like those on the album.
Though we haven't heard the album, can you tell us your favorite song off the record?
There's two songs I really love on the record but one is definitely 'Born Into Sin'. It's one of the songs with a really powerful message and its actually the opening track so it immediately sets the tone for the record.
Swarovski is taking off rapidly and we're wondering who's idea was the song and how is yours and Paige's relationship?
I wrote the song kind of for my 'dream' record. I gave it to a few artists who's album didn't leave production so I was like this is just gonna remain on my computer until I totally scrap it. But I heard Paige's album Heaven and Hell and I felt it would be a perfect match for her. I called her up and she was like "Taylor do you want to get on this?".... and I was like "I mean if you think it's a good idea." So that's how it happened and like right after that we became best friends and are extremely close. She actually texted me before I came on stage.
With her recent incident, people are saying that she paid David to abuse her for publicity and sales. What do you think of that?
I think it's the stupidest **** I ever heard. I've met David and he's quite an asshole. So I doubt Paige would pay someone to punch her in the face. Especially not from her low-life bottom feeding ex-husband. He's vermin and deserves to be beat for doing something like that to a woman.
How do you feel about her relationship with Robert Downey and hte age difference?
I've dated men about half my age older than me and it's definitely something you need to be cautious about. But Robert is a nice guy and very mature, so I doubt he would do anything to harm Paige. I'm really happy for her.
Now who is it you're dating?
I'd really rather not say. Things are still kind of not settled to the point where we would like to go public yet. When the album credits come out you'll surely know.
Now about your Swift Anti Tour, what songs will you perform?
I'm definitely going to perform the deluxe tracks and cover or demo or two actually.

Physical copies of the collaboration of what may be 2014 were just released to music retailers and other merchandising businesses where Tigerlily Recordings and Written Without Warrant Records scored endorsements for selling the single with. Best Buy, Walmart, FYE, Target, Costco, Sam's Club, and even stores such as Walgreens and Starbucks are selling the single. Physical copies are also available on Amazon.com and the singers official websites. Advetisments have been all over twitter for the single as well. Make sure to get your physical copy of the future number one single.
Taylor Swift and Paige Elliot were live on The X Factor USA tonight to perform their new hit single 'Swarovki', a feminist and empowering runway song that has taken the world by storm, going #1 in over 100 countries on iTunes, showcasing the duo's global appeal and power. Already sitting at #1 in the United States on every digital market, the two gave the song quite the boost as they gave an electrifying performance of the song at the beginning of the show. A huge dome of what appeared to be large Swarovsi crystals surrounded Taylor as she began singing the song acapella as the crystals shine off her Swarovski coated dress as well. Swift looked gorgeous with straight hair as she rolled around on the floor. As the pre-chorus hit, light flashed as she laid there. Before the chorus, Swift disappeared as dancers danced in the dome, serving. The stage went dark on the second chorus as the dome was suddenly gone and replaced with a crystal studded runway. Paige and Taylor stood at the beginning of the runway, they're backs against each other as Paige sung her verse. The two finished off the performance by strutting side by side down the runway, looking like godesses.
New Taylor Swift envelopes delivered and transported by the United States Postal Service were officially in transit today as people all over the world started getting envelopes with Taylor Swift in a Swarovski covereed dress with the words 'Swarovski' on the envelope, with text at the bottom saying the song is available on the iTunes store and physically in stores as well. Loving The Wrong Way envelopes are still in transit but have been starting to be quickly replaced by Swarovski ones that people say are more stylish and friendly. The envelopes are recycled in order from Miss Swift herself who says we need to be eco-friendly now-a-days.[/center]

Rihanna x Balmain
Balmain has recently their partnership with international fashion icon Rihanna. The star will be the focal point of the fashion house's ad campaigns for the upcoming collections. Rihanna has said she is excited about the partnership and said that the designs of the brand fit her personal style very well and she is looking forward to all the new styles and clothes.
Rihanna demo leaks; "Lipstick Smears"
A new Rihanna demo, titled "Swallow", surfaced online today. Fans of the star leaked the exclusive demo, achieved from hacking the producer Brian Kennedy's email. The song, which is a glossy electro-pop midtempo ballad, is supposedly from Rihanna's upcoming album "Model Behavior".
Some are saying that the demo will be included on a future re-release of the album the label is already planning because of the high opening week predictions.
"Model Behavior" commercial airs
A 35-second commercial for Rihanna's upcoming album aired today. The commercial, directed by Rihanna herself, features the star sitting at dim light vanity, smoking a blunt and getting her hair done. The end of the commercial fades into the album cover and Rihanna reading the title and release date of the album.

Fool's Paradise World Tour Kicks Off!

Tonight was the night! Selena Gomez kicked off her Fool's Paradise World Tour in Saint Denis, France @ the Stade de France! She performed 21 songs for the sold out crowd, including some of her biggest hits and album cuts. With outfits designed by Emilio Pucci, Givenchy and Roberto Cavalli, the fashion was on POINT. It's safe to say that Selena keeps getting BETTER & BETTER on the stage. She OWNS it. Many stars let themselves fade in a huge production as to where Selena makes sure all eyes on her. During the opening set, the backdrop on the screen is a montage of clips of Selena, her opening acts, the Miami heat & Drake in music videos, on the court (when the Heat won finals), during performances, winning awards etc., and newspaper style headlines speaking of their achievements. Nice of Selena to include her friends. The opening night got a special surprise as Drake(!) was brought out on stage while Selena performed her song "Vanilla". With the rapper tied too a post, it seems as though the performance was very similar to Janet Jackson's "Would You Mind". "Taste my vanilllaaaaaaaaaa" she soulfully sang. Selena ended the performance by planting a very sensual kiss on her rapper boyfriend(?!). Perhaps the best performance of the show was "Dansuer Prive". Selena found a way to incorporate pole dancing, acrobatics (ala cirque du soleil) and amsterdam's red light rooms all into one performance. Selena's vocals, dancing and overall performing skills have greatly improved since Selena's last tour, which is saying a LOT considering how she was already amazing then. She ended the show performing her song Glow, which transitioned into a twerk session featuring everyone's favorite twerk songs. And sis wasn't Miley twerking, she was REALLY going at it. When one fan actually mentioned Miley, Selena said "No no, we don't do no Miley over here!" One must wonder how someone can do this type of show every single night, while traveling all around the world. But something tells us seeing a big fat "SOLD OUT" next to every date is great motivation.
