I was mostly kidding, I'm sure she didn't really want Black Jesus to be a single. In reality she probably wanted every song on BTW to be a single lol.

But I still don't like how she went on that LM rant in 2012 about how she wanted the singles to go, because she's always had final say on singles. Of course she can say she wasn't happy with the choices after the era had ended, but still, she chose or approved all of those singles while the era was happening.

TEOG - video directed by a professional. I mean imagining this epic song being performed at the Grammy's for the first time gives me LIFE.

You and I/Schieße - In 2011 Gaga could have pulled off this NA and International release. Really think this refreshing sound of You and I, early on, would have made Gaga likable. Definitely better than Judas, single wise. Gaga was trying to push this American next door vibe but really she was just a bad kid. Schieße could have slayed the other countries. I'm sure it would have. That way the gays could have been entertained with the latter, but everyone else could enjoy the former's human lyrics and non-Gaga sounding factor.

Hair - DEAL WITH IT. You wanted RedOne? Here he is. We all know this song would have gone 5x platinum if it were released by a certain artist who must not be named.

Heavy Metal Lover. - single tour. Who cares how it does? Let's just have an epic video, one or two televised performances, and call it a day.

End era. Someone should give Gaga a hint about her hip in 2012 as well, and maybe tell her about her next project

I think the main point of that post was that she wanted Scheize as a single and they wouldn't let her. I can believe it cause as amazing as the song is the German parts and the feminist lyrics would have probably led to a flop. I think the 5 songs that were chosen as singles were the only ones that had any hit potential

I hope I just know she's been working on it simultaneously with ARTPOP. And the theme is supposedly revenge or avenging death or rising from the dead or something along those lines. I'm guessing it's going to be darker - at the least it'll be cohesive, like TFM. Probably around 10 songs.

Yeah. And Interscope was the one who decided to end the era after MTN, not Gaga. She prolly had sixth single plans in mind and everything and they just cut her off. So I can understand why she'd be bitter

I like the ideas of singles not for the sake of hits, but momentum for an era. Good visuals is all we need and it doesn't even have to be 'epic' like a typical Gaga video (kind of like what Beyonce did last year). Like 2011's VMA's commercial for a mv (but I'm sure she'd be crucified by fans for having a boring vid)
