I have a feeling she's either trolling us with this single, or it's a result of Warner buying Parlophone, and making their artists release generic pop material.
You haters need to leave. It isn't even a flop, like.
A) I'm not a hater, I've been a huge fan for years.
B) It is extremely under performing for Lily's standards, especially since this is something you'd expect the public to lap up.

She recently said this was a ''saccharine'' pop song made for radios to make sure she has a hit so that she can also release the material she likes. I understand why she dislikes this song: even though she knows damn well herself she's completely able at writing hit songs without repetitive choruses and redundant ''nanana'' verses. I'm glad this seems to be received with quite some indifferency so that she'll hopefully be motivated to release at least one proper song before the album comes.
