If she's really working on this album right now, I wouldn't expect it until fall of 2015 at the earliest. As much as I'd like it to be sooner, she likes to take her time between albums and her having a kid will ensure that.
Hopefully, the album's sound will be r&b/soul influenced, that's the kind of music she really excels at and what will most likely be a hit, considering the comeback the genre's been making for the past couple of years.
She really needs this album to be a hit after Bionic and Lotus flopped or she might become irrelevant for good and making it r&b inspired would be perfect timing if it came out next year.

People have been saying she'll become irrelevant ever since Dirrty came out and was panned everywhere, since Back to Basics came and fail to deliver over 10M albums like the first two records, when Bionic flopped, when Lotus flopped.
Yet no matter what happens in her personal or professional life, Christina remains a magnetic personality, an iconic musician, a legendary Pop Diva, a media marketing mogul and THE voice of our generation, one of the most lauded and succesful female artists of our time.
With her talent she'll never be truly irrelevant, aided by the fact that she's always known how to turn things around no matter how low she falls, there's always an upside to everything she does and Say Something is your most recent example.
