Eh I'm expecting maybe 50k for Lea. Glee is an all-time low in popularity, and the Lea album songs haven't made much impact on the charts.
Also that situation is implied to do the opposite of my desire of seeing Frozen cockblock Pharrell...unless you would accept Pharrell beating Lea but losing overall anyway. But the word choice implies not.
