African-American Men have also realized significant gains over the 2000-2011 year periods. From the same data series in 2000, the Black Male College Enrollment rate was 5.2 percent and as of 2011, the rate was measured at 7.0 percent, representing a 34.6 percent increase.
Oh LordT, the white folks are not going to like this.
Blacks were on there way to becoming the most educated group in American during Reconstruction era in the 1800s after slavery ended until white elites got all worked up and created those wack ass Jim Crow laws.
Maybe if some of those racist white folk study and read a book instead of worrying about what us Negroes are doing, they would be higher up in the ranks. Oops.
I've also heard West African immigrants are some of the best educated immigrants in the US. Especially when it comes to the medical field (nurses, doctors, etc)

I was just telling Sinny about this today. They are the MOST educated immigrants in the US.

Yeah, I read some time ago that Nigerians perform in education better than all other immigrants in the USA. Which I believe because I've personally never met an underachieving Nigerian person and their parents are usually super stricts.
It was just a joke since he seemed to be laughing at white males, which I don't find to surprising they are that low
I thought Black Males and Hispanic Males would both be the lowest but I was proven wrong Unfortunately Hispanics are still behind but hopefully that will change in the future.

Yes, I can attest to this, too. The nigerian parent stories I've heard.
