I've also heard West African immigrants are some of the best educated immigrants in the US. Especially when it comes to the medical field (nurses, doctors, etc)

Yeah, I read some time ago that Nigerians perform in education better than all other immigrants in the USA. Which I believe because I've personally never met an underachieving Nigerian person and their parents are usually super stricts.
