It's so weird not having Seth Meyers doing the Weekend update.
It's weird.. and Colin doesn't add anything to the show. Seth never should have left. His first week as a talk show host was kind of awkward, but he was perfect at what he was doing on SNL :/ But the very least they could have done is replaced Seth with another woman of color.

I'm on the Peter Pan sketch and I hate to say it but this proves that Jim isn't a very good actor. Every character he plays sounds and acts just like Sheldon.

That's just the way sketch comedy is. Every actor on this show plays a similar character in every sketch. Cecily is always the annoyed/pissed off airhead, and Aidy is always the sassy ghetto girl who makes fun of being dorky and fat. Taran is always the ridiculous goofball. The characters are always one-dimensional, it helps to get the jokes across. The focus has always been on the writing moreso than personality development.
(which means that soon they'll start overdoing it...)
