I believe the singles would've sold less if they had been available for streaming during their chart run tbh. Sales are more important that chart positions.
The possible Youtube points (from user-uploaded and/or officially on her account) work both ways: Yes, she has potential to have more than zero streaming points even w/o Spotify etc.
But the top songs tend to also have lots of Youtube points so they would have the potential to extend their leads over her countdown songs even more.
Though I wonder, if Youtube was counted then, whether Trouble as an officially released single would have hit #1 from the music video release...possibly by BMR timing the release just right. Cuz this year we could have another Trouble situation working out in our favor (i.e. #1) if Taylor can get lots of radio + lots of sales + lots of video views, even with no on-demand points...
