Live It Up was def a single, there's no denying that. But it still wasn't meant to be the first single for the album.

It was just a summer single the label made ha release because the album was planned for November.

Pit didn't get on that song until after the Grammys, but I believe she laid the vocals for it in August 2011.

I never said it wasn't a single, though. It just wasn't the single for the album. I know it was a single. So is "Same Girl" and "Girls", but they aren't the "lead single".

I believe Jen said in an interview she had the song for two years before it was released. So I assume she recorded it during the Love? sessions.
