Can we make the standard rule for rates hosts to be banned if they delay their rates for weeks without a single explanation? It's so annoying.

That would just delay things even more.

I just think a ban from them making any future rates should be purposed. The ones that actually close voting and have enough to run/start a rate, hiatus but post everyday. It's understandable if a rate flops or you're busy and there's a delay but not when you're like halfway done and you don't even want to post the top 10 or #1 in jinzos case.

Oh, well that definitely makes sense.

I'm not sure why some people were allowed to start new rates in the past when they never finished a previous one.

Well, we do have a new rule. If a poster has been banned three or more times while hosting rates, they will not be allowed to host rates anymore. We call this rule the genetic fail effect. His impact.

I'd like to sign up for a rate that's tentatively titled Secondhand Rapture with Body Music in The Room. It would feature the debuts of the three best male/female duos of 2013. MS MR is probably the most popular on radio and television. AlunaGeorge is the most popular among critics. And Skin Town is the most popular among the "blogosphere."

nnnn that was my rate. I got banned like a day or two before I was supposed to start posting results and when I came back I wasn't all that active online at the time so by the time I made my way back to the rate, the thread was closed.

I just realized it's still listed on the "On Hiatus" list, Ace can you take that out? Unless someone else wants to revamp it and do it? I don't care for it anymore.
