first off the word homosexual didn't exist till it was coined sometime in the 1900's so technically the translation is already flawed but without nitpicking..

which comes from the understanding that the cities of sodom and gomorah were destroyed for the sin of same sex. however if you read the original greek it says nothing about the subject besides that all the men of the city gathered to the vistors house to have sex with the male angels. one, the bible uses man and men as a synonym for human. are we supposed to assume this city was some kind of dream fire island that had no women inhibiting it? so that doesn't hold much water and even then does that sound like a reason to "bring fire and brimstone" two cites from the face of the earth?
