Arcanine, Infernape, Heatran, Darmanitan, Chandelure (
), Victini, Houndoom (there's a great non-boring design!!
), Charizard, Talonflame, Volcarona etc all outclass Ninetales without Drought and some even with it.
It cannot beat Politoed, does even worse against Tyranitar, and cannot switch into Hippowdon. What are you on, really? It's the worst weather setter by far. Let's not even talk about that Stealth Rock weakness.
Ninetales is a trash Pokemon, has a boring design and typing. I'm done with this.
