I'm starting to think the problem with Mr.Mr. isn't the breakdown at all, more what we expected the breakdown to represent.
The song is really great, and the breakdown is a lot less important when in context. I'm happy for the heavy electro to only be that part, and hearing the song enough I realise it's less big than I thought it was (back when it was the only part we'd heard).
