Mr. Mr. could have been a great LP if IGAB (album) never happened and Express 999, Xyz and IGAB song were added on.

XYZ and especially IGAB are not fit in at all
They should add Express 999, Lost In Love and Lovesick (from TTS's album)

I love that they stay away from the busy, lousy sounds and give us a very laid-back album
And i think they're heading in the right direction, Something and Some - 2 biggest hits of the year so far both have some RnB vibes on it

I agree with this, the more laid back tracks on that album would fit in here.

Mr. Mr. is ridiculously bland. I was wanting the Blackout 2.0 which Adam Leber is so afraid to give us and SM give me a less noisy Britney Jean.

IGAB is undeniably massive. It is filled to brim with personality, aggression, hooks and unadulterated furore whereas Mr. Mr. is little more than, if refined so that it had a listenable chorus, an album buzz track. It's melody is bland; the production, unimaginative and lazy; their is a distinct absence of hooks in the song.

Here's to FLOWER POWER I suppose.

The mini is certainly very solid. My favorite track besides Mr. Mr. is probably Goodbye, it's so chill.
The title track sounds like it's a grower, but I love it from the first listen. Especially the bridge onward >>>>>
Overall, I'm not impressed, but I'm not let down either. It's a cohesive mini album.

Stargate have, time on time again, said they want to work with SNSD. Bloodshy&Avant have worked with them. Danja hasn't been getting work since 2009 so his fees will be low. They could even have a multi-lingual single release in Korea/Japanese/Chinese/English and hire Max Martin.
