Swipe has been on a WinMo in 2009.

Well, I can't say that Notifications isn't inspired by Android but it's heavily (HEAVILY) requested so we win in the end. It looks quite awesome too, one of the very few things I miss from my Sony.

Even though it's a feature, not the whole interface that's ripped off. And Sammy is rumored to have a nother interface for phones and it looks like it'll rip off MeeGo

Copying is copying honey, and it looks more like flipboard (that came exclusively on the S4 before any other android) than WP.
