Not sure when your show is, but normally on the
TurnUp Group site.
For the day of sale, there was a separate line for those who had the early entry already, and during the day we would see crew members walking around the venue and someone without it asked and they said they would be selling them (but it depends on how many of the upgrades are left Toronto had a small group so they seemed to have a lot of extras to sell). Ivy McGregor is the one I've always dealt with and she's awesome.
